With integrity and responsibility as core values, Woosung Powertec seeks to advance both corporate sustainability and social trust through the ethical judgment and conduct of every employee.
This code sets the standards of conduct all employees must follow in their daily work and respects the following international guidelines:

  • ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work
  • OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises
  • ICC Business Charter for Sustainable Development

Employees must comply with laws and internal policies and strictly reject all unethical conduct, including improper solicitation, acceptance of money or gifts, conflicts of interest, discrimination, and disclosure of confidential information.
Employees must also respect fair competition, recognize the dignity of others, and take the lead in creating a safe and healthy workplace.

Woosung Powertec seeks to build an ethical and sustainable supply chain based on shared growth with its business partners and presents the following Supplier Code of Ethics.

View Reporting and Handling Procedure

Woosung Powertec operates an ethics consultation system to prevent fraud and corruption.
Anyone may report improper instructions, unethical business practices, or unfair conduct by employees. The identity of the reporter and the report itself are kept strictly confidential.
Reports are investigated objectively in accordance with internal ethical standards and relevant policies, and results are promptly communicated to the appropriate departments and the reporter when necessary.
Employees found to have engaged in unethical conduct are subject to strict action under applicable policies, while protection of the reporter and a fair process remain our highest priorities.
Reports submitted by email to the Woosung Powertec Ethics Office or Ethics Officer will be handled transparently and promptly.
